I had my roof replaced by Whitlock Roofing in 2024, following significant ponding and water damage from my previously poorly installed and improperly sloped roof that stood no chance against rain and hail. Whitlock came highly recommended to me, and I can certainly see why. Juan Lucero was with me every step of the way, kindly and clearly communicating with both me and my insurance adjusters. He was incredibly informative and patient with me from start to finish. My roof was fully replaced and upgraded with TPO shortly after getting through the claims process, and everyone who worked on my roof was professional, respectful, and efficient. In 2026, an inspection was done for the sale of my house, and there were a few minor areas of concern regarding the roof/HVAC vent pipe. I contacted Juan and he got a technician out on the same day to get everything checked out and fixed immediately.

I HIGHLY recommend Whitlock Roofing! From the affordable estimate to the finished roof work done, I found this company to be highly professional. The team was  responsive, polite and courteous from start to finish! I also appreciated that the workers did a great job of cleaning up after themselves… there was ABSOLUTELY NOTHING left for my curious dogs to get into! Whitlock is fantastic!  They were incredibly responsive and took care of everything. They did a comprehensive exam of my roof (which included my attic and tile), and then walked me through the videos they took. Pricing was more than fair and they followed up after finishing the job. After getting several estimates for a much needed new roof from several companies which were highly rated by the way, we decided on Whitlock. We had the pleasure of meeting with Scott Ciccarelli. He knew his stuff and spoke to us in what we believed was an honest and sincere manner. We appreciated that. He stood out from everyone else we had talked to. Whitlock also stood out. Their reputation precedes them. They reroofed my wife’s parents home beautifully and, as I found out later as we were having our work done, they had done our neighbors roof as well. During the process, we actually had people in the neighborhood stop by and say what a beautiful roof! Who’s doing the work? I was proud and grateful for the decision we made.
